We offer over fourty-five flavors of gelato that are made in house daily! Italian ice cream is referred to as Gelato. Gelato is denser and smoother due to slower churning with less air and lower fat content. It contains more milk than cream, highlighting flavors distinctly. Gelato's denseness accentuates flavors at a slightly warmer serving temperature compared to ice cream.

Stracciatella

Pronounced as "strah-chah-TEL-lah," this gelato flavor is a sweet cream base with hardend dark chocolate flakes. How it's made is what gives it, it's name. Stracciatella means to tear, and the process is pouring liquid dark chocolate over the gelato and tearing the chocolate to make it flake. It's simple balance of rich and light flavors has been the reason for it's popularity around the world.
